Let's start with the problem: The bedframe arrived with a cracked headboard (in half!) and one of the pieces had not been drilled for screws.

After being told by the manufacturer's customer service rep that with just an email to the warranty department, they would ship me the problem parts free of charge, the response to said email was to deal with Amazon.

Amazon of course offered me a replacement of the whole item or a refund, no questions asked. The only problem was re-packing & shipping a 100+ lbs box back, which was unavoidable. I elected for a full refund for fear of the next shipment having another problem which would make me go through the same ordeal again.

Now the quality: The visible parts of the bed are very pretty, but its all packed sawdust, so its extremely fragile. Many parts had bangs and chips (on top of the above mentioned). The whole thing looked like it would break into pieces if used... rocked back and forth a couple times.

Do not buy this bed. Says easy assembly but not so much. The screws that come with it don’t even begin To go through the bed. The bed planks aren’t long enough and when you get the bed completed it falls in. See attached photo. Will be demanding a full refund.

I really like the look of this bed and was SO EXCITED to receive it. But when I was putting it together the head board had a few little marks in it. But the foot board was cracked right across the top and another little crack at the Bottom outside where it’s very noticeable. it was slightly bent. Not all the pieces were all the same size with the boards that went across the middle. It didn’t come with prescrewed holes for the skates.. The box was not damaged at all and it was packed in there pretty nice so I dont think it was so much delivery with all the marks. But overall if the footboard wasn’t like that I’d absolutely LOVE the bed so it’s VERY upsetting.

This is the perfect bed for someone who doesn’t move at all while in bed. I bought this bed in April and am throwing most of it away tonight. Not to mention it’s been broken for the last three months. If you plan on having any kind of sex in this bed you’d be better off getting a race car bed. This thing is flimsy and doesn’t stay together at all. Tonight I finally put a metal frame inside to get support, added a box spring too. If you want a garbage frame that you have to replace in 3 months, this ones for you.

I'm so pleased with this bed frame. My teenage son needed something a little more grownup and modern and this is perfect for him. Despite not being the handiest person in the world, it was easy to put together. I'm really impressed with the quality. He'll definitely be able to get some years out of it.
